Cache and cookies are an important parts of Chrome browser. They help in saving important information on the system that helps the Chrome process earlier visited websites at a fast rate. But too old Cookies and Cache data can also create problems for the Chrome browser to function properly. It can also cause Chrome not saving passwords problems. Follow these steps given below to clear cache and cookies from the Chrome browser.

  1. Click on the menu icon.
    Click on the Chrome Menu
  2. Select the More Tools option & Click on Clear Browser data.

Create a New User Profile

  2. Mouse over the History option.
  3. Select the History from the pop-up menu.

Check Computer for Viruses

When was the last time when you have run a virus scan on your computer. When you are using the internet, there is a constant threat of a virus attack. If your computer is under the attack of a browser hijacker virus then it will affect the performance of Chrome and may also lead to Chrome not saving passwords problem. If you have not installed an antivirus program on your computer or laptop then it is a disaster. Follow these steps to check your computer for viruses and remove them.
