To make the border you need to follow the steps below.
- Start a new document (Blank)
- In the menu click on insert and select table (1X1).
- A table will be inserted on your page, now you can alter the size of the table as per your need. You just need to Click and drag the edge of the table to alter the size.
- As you insert the table on the page and select it, On the top right you will see a border editor as well to edit the border.
- Through the border editor you can change Background color of border, Color of border, Border width and dash.
- You can format the table as well, Click on Format and hover on the table you will find table Properties. You will find many settings under table properties.

- Start a new document (Blank)
- In the menu, Click on insert and select Drawing (New).

- A new drawing window will open.
